Weekly Police Log
Arrest
- Occurred a 10:29 p.m. (8/26/06) – Fairbanks Street
At the above date and time officers responded to scene where a man, later identified as Williamson St. Claire, was banging on a window with a rock and yelling, “I’m going to get you!” St. Claire was carrying two folding knives, one of which was in the open position, as well as a box cutter and one pair of scissors. A WMS check revealed three (3) outstanding warrants. St. Clair was placed under arrest on the warrants and will also be charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, Threats to Commit a Crime, and will be charged as a Fugitive from Justice.
- Between 5:34 and 6:34 (9/3/06) – Harvard Street
At the above time and location Hayran Mazariegos was placed under arrest for being Not Duly Licensed, Expired Inspection Sticker (red 8/06), Red Light Violation, and possession of a Class C substance.
Burglary
- Between 6:00 p.m. (8/24/06) and 10:30 a.m. (8/25/06) –Cypress Street
At the above time and location someone used a shovel in an attempt to enter the rear door. Due to the rainy weather conditions and the handling of the shovel, fingerprint processing was not possible.
- Between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (9/3/06) – Intersection of Brookline and Aspinwall
At the above time and location a large rock was used to gain access to three different motor vehicles. A stereo, CD’s, US quarters was taken.
Larceny
- Occurred at 6:00 p.m. (8/28/06) – 311 Harvard Street (i.e. JP Licks)
At the above time and location, while sitting on a park bench, victims’ Dell accessory bag was stolen from beside her. The bag contained a cell phone and prescription pills. No suspect information is available and there were no witnesses to the crime.
- Between 3:45 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. (8/29/06) – Magic Bean Toy Shop
At the above time and location the victim left her purse with her stroller as she walked around. When she returned the purse was open and her wallet missing. A supervisor the corporate office stated that she would download the appropriate footage and contact The Detective Division today.
- Between (3/15/06) and (5/15/06) – West Roxbury Parkway
At the above time and location several expensive pieces of jewelry were stolen. The victim claims that no one has been in the house with the exception of her children, who have had no one over.
