ANNOUNCING OUR NEW RAD CLASSES

This workshop is designed to educate women of all ages in basic risk awareness, avoidance techniques, and confrontational principles. It will help you understand the responsibility of making your own decisions with the self-realization of physical power. The Rape Aggression Defense System is dedicated to teaching women defensive concepts and techniques against various types of assault, by utilizing easy, effective and proven self-defense/martial arts tactics.
